Refund & Cancellation Policy
1) Overview
This policy covers transactions made on www.3241c.com for donations, membership fees, event registrations, training programs, merchandise, and digital content (collectively, “Services”).
2) Membership Fees / Subscriptions
- Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
- If you are charged for an upcoming renewal, you may cancel before the renewal date by contacting support@3241c.com.
3) Event Registrations
- Cancellations ≥ 14 days before the event: full refund (less any non-recoverable gateway charges).
- Cancellations < 14 days before the event or no-shows: no refund.
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future event of equal value.
4) Training Programs
- For multi-session programs, you may request:
- Full refund if cancelled ≥ 14 days before the start date.
- 50% refund if cancelled 7–13 days before the start date.
- No refund if cancelled < 7 days or after the program begins.
- Seat transfers to another participant may be permitted up to 48 hours before start, subject to approval.
5) Digital Content/Downloads
- Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- If you could not access the content due to a technical issue on our side, contact support@3241c.com within 14 days for assistance or resolution.
6) How to Request a Refund
All eligible refunds will be processed through HDFC Payment Gateway back to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund Timeline:
- We initiate refunds within 5–7 business days.
- Banks/card issuers may take additional time to credit the refund.
7) Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first to resolve issues. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in account restrictions for misuse.
